Q.How long does shipping take?

A. Australian Orders

Generally your order will be processed within 48 hours business hours of the working week. If your located in australia then the order generally takes 3 to 14 days to arrive after being sent however we ask you allow up to 228 days in the case of slow postage and remote areas that are out of our control. If you don’t receive your item within that time frame we will launch an investigation with the courier and make sure you receive your goods.

International Orders

Generally your order will be processed within 48 hours business hours of the working week. If your located outside  Australia then the order generally takes 7 to 7 days to arrive however we ask you allow up to 21 days in the case of slow postage and remote areas that are out of our control. if you don’t receive your item within that time frame we will launch an investigation with the courier and make sure you receive your goods.
