Import Duties, Taxes, Customs Charges and Refused Deliveries

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all import duties, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, storage fees, and any other government or carrier-imposed charges applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Customer unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Seller.

The Customer must accept delivery of the Goods and comply with all customs clearance requirements. Refusal to accept delivery, refusal to pay applicable import charges, failure to provide required customs documentation, abandonment of the shipment, or any act or omission resulting in the return, seizure, storage, destruction, or disposal of the Goods shall constitute a Customer Default.

In the event of a Customer Default, the Customer shall remain fully liable for all costs, expenses, penalties, duties, taxes, carrier charges, return freight charges, storage fees, disposal fees, customs charges, and any other amounts incurred by the Seller, carrier, customs authority, or any third party arising directly or indirectly from such Customer Default.

The Seller shall be entitled to deduct and retain such amounts from any monies paid by the Customer, including the purchase price of the Goods, until all outstanding charges have been paid in full. Where the charges exceed the amount already paid by the Customer, the Customer agrees to reimburse the Seller for the balance within seven (7) days of written demand.

No refund shall be issued for any order that is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned due to the Customer’s failure to pay import duties, taxes, customs charges, or comply with customs clearance requirements until all associated costs and liabilities have been fully recovered by the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts through legal proceedings, debt collection agencies, or any other lawful means available in the relevant jurisdiction. The Customer shall be responsible for all reasonable legal fees, collection costs, and enforcement expenses incurred by the Seller in recovering such amounts.

In accordance with the PayPal User Agreement and OFAC regulations we are required to remove Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Balkans, Cote d’Ivoire, Congo, Iraq, Liberia, Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe from the list of countries we ship to so please note we do not ship to these countries.
