Drift Trike Factory Powder Coating

This is our standard cost for the Powdercoating of our Motorised Drift Trike Frames.

We have a wide range of colours to choose from as you will see from our pictures below .

Our Baking oven is very flexible, we can process items as small as you like and if you wanted to we could powdercoat up to as large as a car.

After we have received your order to powder coat your parts our experienced employees will then  begin the process of delivering back to you a quality finished Powder Coated and visually stunning product.

First, We ensure that all of the parts are pretreated in the most effective manner to ensure proper surface preparation.

Next step is to prep and mask if the parts require it.

The job is then powder coated and cured in our oven.

Drift Trike Factory Powder Coating has a very qualified quality control process.

We also ensure to make sure we have adequate packaging to make sure that during transportation nothing is damaged if the item you purchase has to go in the post.

We normally offer a 1 week turnaround but in special circumstances we can process parts within 2 days for an added fee

We also offer to any budding Drift Trike Builders out there competitive production pricing if you would rather build your own.
